Care Instructions:
We recommend that our products are hand washed/wiped clean with a damp cloth and hung to dry.

Do not iron over the labels as they will melt. However, the rest of the bandana can be ironed on a low heat to remove any creases.
​
It is your responsibility to check for any signs of wear and tear.

Our products are a fun accessory and pets should not be left alone whilst wearing them.

How do I become a My Woof Wears model?
We hold regular model searches over on our social media. We look for public pet accounts that already own and wear our products and engage with us. Feel free to message us if you would like to know anything further.

Do you make tie on bandanas?
Currently we only make over the collar bandanas and accessories except our neckerchiefs which do tie around the neck. We feel that by having the bandana over the collar, your pet is less likely to pull it off or choke if it was too tight. However, we are looking into popper bandanas for the future for those pets that don't wear collars.

Can I request a custom size bandana or bow tie?
Of course you can! We have created accessories for all shapes and sizes of pets. If you would like a custom size, please contact us and we will try our best to help you.

Are all of your available designs on your website?
No. We are in the process of transitioning over from our Etsy shop to here. You may find some of our older fabrics over on our Etsy shop. Please note that any items purchased in our Ready To Ship section will have our old branding and label on.

What if there is only 1 bandana available in a particular design and I would like to buy more?
Please contact us and we can see what we can do or let you know if/when we are restocking that fabric. Due to us making items to order we have to stock count our items based on how much fabric we have left. This is always an approximate so we may only have enough for 1 extra large bandana but that could equate to 3 small bandanas.

Can I personalise a bandana with my pets name?
Not currently. This is something we are in the process of working on and we can't wait to have this service available for you all.

Do you do discount codes?
All of our models have a rep code which would allow you to get 15% off your order. Go give them a follow on social media! Please note, only one code can be used per order.
